It is no secret that Acai scams are all over the internet. Various fly by night companies offer free trials which promise to charge only for shipping and handling of health products. They also publish on their websites fake endorsements that were supposedly made by celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey or Rachel Ray.
If you have been victimized by such Acai berry scams, you will soon find out that there is no number to contact for your complaints nor is there a legitimate person within the company to air your grievances. The result: people just give up and charge the incident to experience.
However, Acai scam victims can file a complaint on the Federal Trade Commission through its website, or call them on the phone at 1-877-FTC-HELP. You may not be able to get your money back but at least you will have the name of the company listed for scamming on the agency.
You might also be familiar with the Acai paid ads located on the far right of Google search results. Every time you click on them, it will cost the scammers from fifty cents to one dollar. You can get back on the company by clicking on these links as many times as you want.
