Eat More Super Foods

What’s all the noise about super foods?  What are they and what do they do? Ever since Dr. Oz went on Oprah and discussed how the organic acai berry is the Number #1 super food that’s all we’ve been hearing about.

That’s how I felt about nutrition, until about 6 months ago when I noticed my body starting to show its age. I was looking in the mirror and noticed wrinkles and my skin was looking old. I’m only 35, and all of a sudden I was starting to look older than I was.  That’s when I know it was time to change my mind set.

Acai Berry – An Antioxident Rich Super Food

I have been ready a lot lately about how to reduce the signs of aging since I am getting up there in age. It seems that we really need to watch our diets and eat antioxidant rich foods in order to avoid some of the age related diseases that are so common. There seems to be a number of super foods that have been discovered that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. I am doing some additional research on these super foods and want to incorporate the one that is most beneficial into my diet and start improving my health.
